A GALASHIELS man who admitted abusive behaviour towards a retail worker has been fined £200 at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
Thirty-six-year-old Rory Morrison pleaded guilty to shouting and swearing, making a derogatory remark, refusing to leave and then dropping his trousers and exposing his buttocks to a sales assistant at Boots in Huddersfield Street, Galashiels, on June 9.
The court heard that Morrison was banned from the store and had reacted when the sales assistant said he had to leave.
In addition to the fine, a £10 victim surcharge was added.
Morrison was also fined £80 with a £10 victim surcharge to breaching a non-harassment order back in January.
