Selkirk Sheriff Court
A DALKEITH man who assaulted his former partner’s new boyfriend on the beach at Eyemouth has been fined £200 at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
Forty-year-old Mark Mallaney pleaded guilty to grabbing the man from behind and pushing him to the ground on August 11 last year.
A £10 victim surcharge was also added.
