STRUGGLING violently with two police officers during an incident in Hawick's Wellfield Road has cost Danny Sharkey £180 and a £10 victim surcharge.
The 31-year-old, of Bright Street, Hawick, pleaded guilty at Jedburgh Sheriff Court to the offence which happened on May 7.
Not guilty pleas to six other charges including breaches of non-harassment orders and bail conditions and two counts of threatening or abusive behaviour were accepted by the Crown.
