TWENTY-FOUR-YEAR-OLD Marcus Balarsky has been ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
He pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner in Wood Street, Galashiels, on May 17 and in a police vehicle en-route to Hawick Police Station.
Balarsky admitted shouting and swearing and uttering threats of violence towards police officers.
