POLICE are appealing for help from the public to trace a missing 21-year-old from Peebles.
James Mercer was last seen in the Kingsmeadows Road area at around 2.35pm on Wednesday (June 26).
He is described as being of thin build with short, dark hair.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “When he was last seen he was wearing a khaki coloured hooded top and blue shorts.
“Anyone with information on James’ whereabouts should contact 101 quoting reference number 1962 of June 26.”
