A 41-YEAR-OLD woman who admitted assaulting a retail worker at a Hawick store has been fined £200.
Toni Storey, of Blair Avenue, Jedburgh, appeared on a warrant at the town’s sheriff court on Friday and pleaded guilty to shouting and swearing, uttering threats and striking the man on the body.
The offence happened at Morrisons in Mart Street on February 4 last year.
In addition to the fine, Storey was ordered to pay a £10 victim surcharge.
