A HOME sales property company has identified the most and least expensive houses in the Peebles / Cardrona area.
Property Solvers tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2016 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located within the E45 postcode.
On Castle Knowe Way (Cardrona) four properties sold for an average of £612,437 whilst on Bonnington Road (Peebles) eight properties sold for an average of £510,469.
Also, Hydro Gardens Peebles saw four properties sell for an average of £470,500 and the same number of houses at The Bridges (Peebles) sold for an average of £462,845.
Twelve houses in St. Bryde's Way (Cardrona) sold for an average of £454,300 and four in Caledonian Road (Peebles) sold for an average £450,500.
Three houses in The Meadows (Peebles) sold for an average of £431,140 whilst the same number of houses in The Green (Cardrona) sold for an average of £422,800.
Some of the cheapest streets include High Street (Peebles) where nine properties sold for an average of £75,666, Rose Park (Peebles) where 17 properties sold for an average of £86,823 and Bridgegate Court (Peebles) where six properties sold for an average of £88,708.
Three houses in Whitehaugh Avenue (Peebles) sold for an average of £92,333 and the same number of houses in Dalatho Crescent averaged £93,000.
Five houses in Bridgegate Court (Peebles) went for an average of £93,299 whilst five on Cuddyside (Peebles) sold for an average of £94,833.
Five houses on the Old Town sold for an average of £96,400 and the same number on Whitestone Court (Peebles) went for an average of £100,498. Three houses on Glen Road (Peebles) sold for an average of £102,266
Commenting on the data, Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.
“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Peebles (EH45) sold for £1,425,000 and at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £85,000 and under on Northgate (Peebles) Elcho Street Brae (Peebles) and Biggiesknowe (Peebles) ”
