AN EDINBURGH Comedy Award nominee will perform in the Borders this year.
Olga Koch will appear at Heart of Hawick on October 15 as part of her national tour ‘Homecoming’.
Koch – who was nominated for the Best Newcomer Award at the 2018 Edinburgh Fringe for her debut show 'Fight' – has appeared on a number of television shows including Mock the Week and QI.

Koch said: “After various attempts to bring this show to life, I (a standup comedian who hopefully hasn’t forgotten how to do standup) cannot wait to bring this feel-good extravaganza to an audience (who hopefully hasn’t forgotten how to laugh).”
Jason Moyes, senior creative programmer at Live Borders, said: “If you have ever seen Olga Koch on Mock the Week or QI or any of the other shows she’s appeared on, you’ll have a good idea how brilliant she is.
“We’re delighted to welcome her to our Heart of Hawick theatre as part of her national tour, and hope that bringing live comedy to the region is something we can do more of.”
Tickets are £14 and available from https://www.liveborders.org.uk/book/whats-on/
