POLICE SCOTLAND are appealing for information after industrial equipment was stolen from a depot in the Scottish Borders.
The incident is believed to have happened around 7.45pm on Tuesday, 17 August.
The stolen equipment included two white Ford Transit pick-up trucks with orange beacons on the roof, each towing a trailer. The first trailer contained a mini-digger and the second contained industrial lawn mowers.
Detective Constable Sandy Blacklock, based at Galashiels, said: "We're appealing to anyone who saw anything suspicious around the area either leading up to Tuesday 17 August or on the night itself.
"All of the items are distinctive and it's possible someone may have passed them in convoy, or have dashcam, that shows them travelling away from the Charlesfield area."
Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident number 0504 of 18 August.
